Unfortunately, it is not possible to add items to an already completed order. If you would like to order additional items, please place a separate order.

For environmental reasons, if your order includes a product that is a pre-order, the package will not leave our warehouse until all the products ordered are in stock. If you want a partial delivery, please contact our customer service.

We offer you a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases in our online shop. Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, unwashed, with all Eightyfive tags attached.

The customer bears the costs for a return. Please do not send your package back to us uninsured and postage paid.

For returns within Germany, you can use our returns portal . You can buy a DHL parcel stamp for €4.90 in the returns portal . Please enter your order number beginning with a #.

We ask for as complete information as possible with pictures,
so that we can examine your complaint quickly.

Yes, you can also return your online order to a feature store. Please note that a return can only be made with the returns
form is possible.

Important: Cash payments are not possible. The refund will be made using the payment method you used to pay for your order.

After we have processed your return, you will receive
a confirmation e-mail. You will usually receive your refund within seven days of receipt.

If 14 days have passed and you have not received a refund, please contact our customer service. Include your order number and tracking number so that we can resolve the issue immediately.

Delivery

We ship our packages with DHL and DHL Express

If you place your order before 12:00 p.m. and select DHL Express as the shipping method, you will receive your order the next working day. Please note that DHL Express does not deliver on Saturdays.

The shipping time is 1-3 working days within Germany. In some cases, especially after collection drops, there may be small delays.

Your invoice will always be sent to the email address you provided. Please also check your spam inbox. If you cannot find your invoice, please contact our customer service.

There are no additional costs for orders within the EU. If you place an order outside the EU, customs duties may be due. In this case, please contact the relevant authority.

No customs duties are due for Switzerland and the USA.
